A hearty Vermont Farmer’s breakfast with our own breads, local eggs and dairy, maple cured meats, griddle cakes with Putney Vermont maple syrup, and more, await you each morning during your stay at The Putney Inn, certain to fortify you for the adventures of your day.

The main farmhouse at The Putney Inn, deeded in 1752, houses guest reception and our dining, banquet and meeting rooms. All overnight accommodations are located in a separate building. Warm décor and gracious character combine with amenities such as high-speed internet, cable television, air conditioning, and drive-up room entries, all of which assure ease of comfort. Wing-back chairs, Queen Anne period furniture, bed quilts, and poster beds in every room set a tone of cultured Vermont charm.

Vermont's Putney Inn Offers Pet Friendly Accommodations.

Pets and their well-mannered owners are welcome. We find that pets travel with some of the nicest people.

Our gracious overnight lodging is located in an adjacent building charmingly appointed with Queen Anne period replica furnishings. Most rooms have two queen-size beds. All rooms in our Vermont bed & breakfast have private baths, direct dial telephones, color televisions, and individual temperature control.

While ground floor rooms are wheelchair accessible, bathrooms are not.

All of our guest rooms at The Putney Inn are non-smoking.

Wireless internet access is available in all guest rooms and throughout the Inn, free of charge.
